Cancelation policies:
Peak Season:
No penalty will be collected if cancelled 30 days before arrival time. 
If cancelled after 30 days 100% will be collected.

All other season:
In case of cancelation 7 days or more, before arrival no penalty.
After 7 days 100% of only the first booking night will be collected.
